Here's a little bit about the club:

Carlisle Health & Fitness Club is part of the Ben Dunne Group.

Carlisle Health & Fitness is located in Kimmage, Dublin 12, Ireland. It's doors were first opened to the public in October of 2004. Since then it has become one of europe's busiest & most popular gyms. It has Ireland's most competitively priced membership rates of any gym or fitness centre.

Carlisle has a vast range of training equipment ranging from cardio machines, to machine weights, cable weights & free weights. There is an aerobics studio for a variety of aerobics & toning classes as well as a box-club. There is also a pool & spa facility with a 25-metre swimming pool, 2 spacious jacuzzi's, a sauna & a steam-room. Carlisle also has a large car-park supplied free of charge to all the health & fitness club visitors.

I am a personal trainer with Physical Evolution Fitness. I currently base the majority of my personal training sessions in Carlisle Health and Fitness.
