Carlisle Health & Fitness is located in Kimmage, Dublin 12, Ireland. It's doors were first opened to the public in October of 2004. Since then it has become one of europe's busiest & most popular gyms. It has Ireland's most competitively priced membership rates of any gym or fitness centre.

Carlisle has a vast range of training equipment ranging from cardio machines, to machine weights, cable weights & free weights. There is an aerobics studio for a variety of aerobics & toning classes as well as a box-club. There is also a pool & spa facility with a 25-metre swimming pool, 2 spacious jacuzzi's, a sauna & a steam-room. Carlisle also has a large car-park supplied free of charge to all the health & fitness club visitors.

Carlisle Personal Training - Physical Evolution Fitness

Physical Evolution Fitness was founded by myself - Steve Dunne. I currently base the majority of my personal training sessions in Carlisle along with fellow PEF trainer Darragh Reynolds. We also provide a house-call based service, but currently this service is highly limited. An online personal training service will also be available shortly. It will be provided by myself & Niall Ebbs - PEF's latest expert personal trainer. Niall will be operating a house-call personal training service full-time. He aims to have this service up & running by the end of October 2008.

Physical Evolution Fitness aims to provide the highest quality personal training service available to Carlisle Health & Fitness Club members. Myself & Darragh both have almost a decade's worth of experience working in the health & fitness industry & have helped guide thousands towards their health & fitness goals.

Our aim is to provide the highest possible level of experience, training & motivation to all our clients. Our aim is also to make personal training available to all. We provide personal training sessions & deals at very competitive prices compared to many trainers throughout Dublin. We also provide a free consultation & trial personal training session to all who are interested in seeing how a personal trainer can benefit them.
